Default Fog lights

Am I the only one that doesn't drive around town with their fogs on all the time? Almost every time I see another WRX (or any other vehicle with fogs, for that matter) they have their goddam fog lights on, no matter the time or weather (I say almost, not because I've seen anyone without them, but so I don't blanket everyone else).

Why am this the case? Did I miss the "here's what to do to be cool" memo?

While we're on the subject: are all corvettes and/or camaros built so their parking lights are always on as well? What the hell?

Just curious.

I always drove around with my driving lights (when my headlights were on) back when I had my RS and WRX. I thought is was COOL.

I drive with mine on when it's dark and rainy. I had them on constantly for a week because I had a headlight out and didn't want to get a ticket.

My foglights are EXTREMELY bright too since I took out the bulb housing. I think I angled them down at the road enough.

What are the different fog lamp mods?

can you run higher wattage bulbs safely?

What's the best replacements for the factory lamps (no modification)?
