Anyone know a Contractor
I am looking to build a large garage/ shop next to my house and am looking for a GOOD contractor that would be able to do this, if anyone knows someone who is reliable and does good work please let me know, as I would kinda like to

Those are awesome plans. I'm just looking out for Jay. Some people do these massive renovations or additions without taking the correct steps and get burned down the road.

Hey Jay. Keep talking to people and try to make contacts with the crews that you will need and hire them directly. Hiring a GC will cost you a ton. I built my garage back in '05, so who knows what happened to the guys I hired. It's too bad because most of them were real good and cheap. I literally paid half of what I was quoted by several GC's. Once you get a line on the crews, get a quote as to how many hours and find out what each person makes an hour. Offer cash. I did the insulation, electrical, doors, windows, paint, and floor coating myself. I do still know a great stucco contractor.

Jay I am also digging up a contractor that did my remodel and who I have done tons of side jobs with, give me a couple days. I am also looking into the requirements for you. PM me your email address I will send you some information.
