Can't Reflash & only on 7psi
Heres the deal, I installed a silicone inlet, in the process having to replace my T fitting near the waste gate, and now I'm only on 7.4 psi and my AP won't let me re-flash but I can realtime flash. I was on STg1 93oct. and I tried to realtime HWG 93 oct map and nothing changes. Still only 7psi or so of boost. Before I replaced my T fitting with a OEM size/spec one(broke it putting on tmic) I put a replacement in for the time being and was over sized and I was hitting 17+ psi on a Stage1 tune, so I know theres no mechanical issues or boost leaks/blockages. Any insight?

Check your boost control hose connections. You are makeing WG spring pressure so something is probably not connected correctly. Cobb has a good .pdf on their website about the subaru boost control system, check it out for reference.

http://www.cobbtuning.com/Technical-...es-s/70674.htm As far as reflashing maps, your vehicle requires that you connect the green test mode connectors under the dash as well as the initialization block when you wish to reflash a map. This is the same procedure that you did when you installed the Accessport. If you have a version 2 Accessport, get a WOT data log as described in the video below (if you can do so safely). That way, we can check to see if the ECU is the cause of the low boost (ex. due to excessive knock - boost control is disabled) or if this is a mechanical issue (likely a mechanical issue given the circumstances). Its a timing thing on the older ECUs. The same thing happens on ECUflash. You have to cycle key wait a split second then attempt flash. All rather quickly.
