OMGHi2U 4 years and counting. A RWD WRX timeline.

So I haven't made a thread just about my car before, and yes I know I need a paintjob. lol.

I got my car December 7, 2007 and it has come quite a long way from when it was stock. I have definitely had quite a few up's and down's with this car. She seems to be a target for bad luck and bad drivers. It's been hit on 5 seperate occasions by other drivers, never once when i was actually in the car, gone through a transmission and a motor. But rebuilding the transmission made me decide to go with a RWD setup and rebuilding the motor has made me try something new. Anyways... on to the mod list! lol.

Wiseco 93MM forged piston set
STi crank and rods (4MM longer stroke)
JohnJohn ported intake and exhaust heads to match gaskets

JDM STi version 2 rear seats
05 WRX guage cluster
Blitz BLM EGT and Boost guage in an ATI pod

Looks good. Not bashing, but why did you go with RWD? Do you like it?

And what headlights are in the 3rd picture? I am quite fond of them.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! And more pics will be up soon I'm sure.

@pencils: it's pretty durable since it's made of the duraflex stuff. Has some stitching on it from driving through some grass. Lol.

I did it to be a little different and really wanna try out drifting. It is super fun to get sideways.

And the headlights are morettes. They're pretty rare and I loved em!

How is it driving with the welded diffs? Why did you go that route? After riding in 240's making 150whp, it sounds like a noisy PITA. Especially in that kind of weather!

Liked it best with the white Grids. Very busy exterior.

its pretty noisy with the welded diffs. kinda clunky. but didnt wanna spend the grand on a ppg spool. lol. way cheaper this way and i dont mind it one bit! and i really do miss the white grid days...

its just a suede fabric wrapped over the top of the stock dash. i obviosly took the whole dash out to do it cuz it wouldnt have turned out right without doing so.

i liked it a lot too. it was super loud. lol. my boss made it to bolt up to my midpipe. but it wont fit in the new bumper. cant decide if i wanna cut it out or not to make it fit.
