Default Need help, electrical problem.

So my cigarette lighter and side view mirrors dont have any power going to them... Also my airbag light is on. Im guessing its an issue with a fuse but I have no clue where to start. This is a 2004 wrx... anyone have any clues?

The lighter and mirrors are on the same circuit so it's probably that fuse. Look in the fuse panel under the driver side dash, behind the little coin tray (you have to pull the tray out to get to the fuses). There is a diagram showing which fuse is which, it's also in your owners manual.
The airbag light is unrelated, for that you need to find out what airbag code is set. A dealer can read the code with a Tech 2 or you can follow the procedure in the service manual to put the system in diagnostic mode and read the code through flashes of the light. One clue is whether your horn and cruise are working, if they aren't or are intermittent as you turn the wheel then your problem is a bad clockspring.

It looks like fuse #4 in the dash panel is the correct fuse for those things you mention are having trouble.
