That is kind of odd, but maybe the car just has such high miles that he knows he can get more parting it out?

Dude that is deffinitely a stolen car cause a real person who sets up a part out would have millions of things up for sale with prices and everything

someone ask for the vin number and ask for an insurance quote. thats a quick way to find out if its stolen.
