lets just say that if i get rear ended its not going to be pretty lol

need to take out the rear tail lights

stock beam removed

jdm vs. stock beam

actual jdm beam weight...4.5lbs!!!

Overall install wasnt to bad. You cant take the bumper cover off while its on the car, you need to take the whole cover/beam off at the same time then you can take the cover off.

The jdm beam is nothing more than a bracket for the cover to snap onto to hold it in place...no crash protection whatsoever.

ps- hey dave!!

wassup mate! The L is looking GOOD! I'm always blown away when I see how much the jdm Bbeams weigh vs ours. Both front AND rear.

I think, when you get closer to completion, you should start a poll to guess the final running weight of this project. Kinda like "The Price is Right."

Justin wouldn't know......his harness is taking up my living room right now.

but at this rate, the harness will be complete before there's even an ECU to plug it into.....among other things.

I'm guessing it's the crap you're missing. clutch, axles, ecu, and such.
