Question 5000 RPM Rev-Limiter

I've got a moderatly modified WRX which ran fine til this weekend. I put in STI 565 Injectors, and a Unichip ECU piggyback upgrade. Since then, the CHECK ENGINE light has popped up, and i am limited to 5000 RPM. What could cause this?

Your probably in limp mode. Whose unichip do you have in?

Out of curiosity... is there a way to change the rev limiter?

I am guessing that you have a unichip mapped for your setup.
Can you pull the code off the car?

Cheers

I also have a similar problem. I have a gc8 ej22 na impreza and it sometimes limits at 5k rpm only in neutral or 1st gear but if I keep revving it it goes to the regular 6200 rpm limit.
