If you're looking to go to a bar to get your best bang for the buck, your better off pre-gaming at home before you go out. Either shots or some mixed drinks, or like 4 or 5 beers is usually what I do.

Long Islands are good. I try to stay away from beer, but normally that's what ends up in my hands. Kamikaze's are tasty as well.

+1 to the pregame comment. I rarely go out w.out pregaming now. Saves a ton of money and its so much more fun!

I never drive. 60 percent of the time I get my friends to drive every time because I don't stop drinking. I can control myself, but I like going out to get drunk, and I won't be drinking and driving.
I know my friends will drink but they won't drive if they've drank too much. Either way, by the time I get in the truck I'm like "take us down, I don't care" hahaha

I had to stop drinking these a while ago. Now I stick to beer, or Red Bull and Vodka if I'm feeling the need for intoxication and can handle a massive hangover the next day.

Yes. I am. Hence why I don't drive drunk.
and yes, I've seen plenty of drunk driving accidents.
I know my friends aren't over the legal limit...I don't think they'd have the money to get to that point(they're both like 6'6, 325lbs,).
They're both firefighters, and one is a cop as well, so they know not to drive drunk.

I walk between 4-7pm to the pub that's 8min away and drink pints (imperial) of Fullers London Pride for $4 each.

I spent $6 on 3 double (ok, maybe they were closer to 'triple') Jack & Coke last night at the bar. That's enough to make me woozy.

Rum and cokes are awesome...

What rum do you guys prefer? Have you tried cherry coke / pepsi?

We also go out to this mexican restaurant, and our friend knows the owner. I always get a couple strawberry daiquiris and they bring us free shots of tequila and I get hit on by the waiters. Good times.

If I'm getting mixed, I go with Red Death. It = awesome, but price varies bar to bar. I've had real good strong ones for 4$, then the next bar is crappy red water for 9$.
