Unhappy I was mini-stalked yesterday

I was mini-stalked at the grocery yesterday. It started at the produce, a woman came up and started looking at the grapes and stuff at the same time. She asks me my opinion on if they looked over ripe. I did a polite answer of no, they look fine. I gather the fruits I wanted and moved on, not thinking any thing of it. I am married and my ring is easily visible. As I go up and down each isle, the same young woman is going down the same isle the opposite way. I am just thinking it’s just weird timing. About 6 isles later I realize I forgot something two isles back. I got back, and once again her she comes. I am a little freaked by this, but still think its in my mind.
As I get over to the Dairy section, she manages to be at the eggs at the same time. She makes a comment about how much of a pain it is to open the cartons to see if any are broken. I make a comment about how often we have to buy eggs because the KIDS eat them often, but luckily my WIFE usually does the shopping. She replies that she only buys the ½ dozen carton because fresh eggs make a better breakfast… ummm OK. I just turn and walk off at this point. I quickly turn down the Pet food isle and grab some dog food. Oh good, she’s not here.
Next isles is bread…oh, there she is again, checking all the brands. I walk buy and grab the usual, she makes her choice at the same time and walks behind me all the way to the last isle…Frozen foods. OK maybe the lunchables and Hero POP-Cicles will give her a hint. No, she stays within stalking distance. I look for daylight and find it in a checkout lane. I pick one with a person in front, while the next one over is free hoping that she will take that and be out before me. No go, she stands behind me starting up conversations about the magazines and such. I keep my pleasantries, but also I keep them short. The Open register girl remind her that she is open and can go ahead and check her out. The woman keeps talking instead to me and ignores the other cashier. Finally my cashier finishes and I have my break. I make a silent departure out the door.

But I am not free….Because her order was smaller, she was not far behind. And as I was loading the bags into the car, she walks by and wishes me a great day. I smile back politely, hoping she wasn’t trying to get the tags to the car.

This was both scary and flattering. She was not unattractive at all, and DO NOT consider myself stalkable material. But I have visions of her sitting outside of the house at night and finding a boiled rabbit somewhere.

And about the IBTTIWOP’s, I’ll look for a mug shot at the post office.

at first I was thinking this woman didn't see the ring but after
you mentioned the wife and kids I started to want to kick her ass

I've been stalked before crazy ****... one time this guy tried to
follow me home from the club... it was weird ... at first I was
thinking yea he's just taking the same highways and stuff....

But then he got off at my exit and so I thought well I'll just slow
down and start going under the speed limit...

I was going 40 in a 55 and he was still following me...

I called the cops on my cell and they gave me directions to drive
to the police station....

He followed me all the way there and as we turned in an
undercover cop had started following behind him since I called
ahead.....

they blocked him in... asked me a few questions and let me go
on my way while they chatted with him....

never relly know what happened to him....

But I'm sooo glad I didn't go home with him following...

Remind your girls to keep a look in thier rear views....
