Lightbulb 1/4 mile registry

I know the DSM.org website has one, and it is even broken down into categories. I think is would be cool to have one at IClub, so we can see where we all stand. it is also a way of showing other (non-owners) what the cars can really do!

for a glimpse, check this out:

i figure between Alex, Robert, and Nick, we can have one that is 100x better.

I think along with that information, we should include elevations. I'm sure others outside our little Subaru ring would only care about the fastest car, but I think it would be nice for us to know whos running what and which elevation. Maybe just as a good point of reference for those who know elevation can play a role in 1/4 mile times.

how about a auto-x registry? Have the best auto-x times, and the track length. That would fit better.

I dunno... I don't think too many people here are into drag racing, though most like hearing times.

Autocross times? Nahhhh... not duplicatable to see what you do if you try the same.

If you're going to be on the accurate side, you should also include humidity level, ambient air temps, track temps, etc too. These all affect times too.

The 1/4 mile registry is already done. It will debut along with the new site sometime very soon.

I thought Kevin Thomas already had one up and running about a year ago. Or was that the one you're incorporating into this site?
