Default Leaky Enkei Valve Stems

My PF01s have a couple leaky valve stems coming from the base. Not surprising as these are over 13 years old. Can these be replaced with generic ones by any old tire shop? Not super concerned about aesthetics. The direct replacements I can find on google are either on sketchy drop-ship websites or rather expensive.

Right on. Never had to deal with bolt-in valve stems before, I didn't know if they could be replaced by standard ones. Thanks!
