I've seen quite a few people using the HFS-3 with great results and little to no issues.

I don't really hear anything positive about Snow Performance.
I'm exchanging info with Aquamist right now trying to get something for my ride. Very good reputation from what I've read and been told by trusted colleagues. |

Snowperformance is fine depending on your needs. The snow kits are far less complex and for most basic applications will work fine along with the safe injection box added on. The aquamist kits are also very good however they are a bit more complex with setup and wiring. Coolingmist is also another option. Many of these kits use the same pumps and nozzles as well with different labels on them.
We have had good experience and installed many of these different kits. It really just comes down to what you want for features and how you plan to install and use the setup. At the end of the day we find any system that can provide progressive meth/water additive based on maf or boost is more that adequate for most setups with a single nozzle. Once you add on safe boxes or equiv to these kits they all put you in the $600-$800 range. I can do an HFS-3 for $650, HFS-4 for $750 on sale right now. Seth P3 Import Autowerks 907.355.6655 |

I run the snow performance. Everything works great. The only time I ever had any trouble with it was when it was really cold out and the pump didn't want to function. I found if you have a garage for your car it ilimanates that problem. Also I like the fail safe with it so if your system stops shooting meth it will revert to a tune without it, wot. Been running it for over a year between the wrx and the spec b. no blown engine.

From the BMW side cooling mist is not recommended. A few guys have custom built their kits using Devil's Own stuff. As Seth said it all depends on your application. The guy that is using the custom Devil's Own kit is running two knozzles with upgraded turbos, pushing a good 450WHP.

You can easily choose between Aquamist, Snow Performance or AEM and you'll come out with positive results either way. Of those 3 Aquamist and Snow are probably the most popular, especially in regards to customer service/satisfaction.
If you want the best recommendation for Alaska conditions, get in contact with Tribalwrx. He can give you first hand experience info. on his kit withstanding years of Alaska conditions and any troubles he may have run into along the way. |

I have the HFS-4 and man. It is amazing. And I can personally attest to the insane level of customer service that company is known for. Richard called me and walked me through troubleshooting a problem with my system at 9:45 pm Alaska time. Which equates to about 2am in uk? Not sure exactly but it was late. I was blown away.

I have my old PWI-1 kicking around in the garage somewhere. I'll be posting it for sale shortly.
It's basically a Aquamist kit, I added the DDS3 and it worked flawlessly. Aquamist all the way! |

Been using aquamist kit for over a year on my 408whp build and it has worked flawlessly! highly recommend aquamist! The box looks cool in the trunk with the led as well. The kit uses 2 tanks and 1 is filled with ping pong balls(not really ping pong balls) that prevent sloshing if the tank is low. has complete failsafe system as well
