New to Board
Hello everyone, I am new to this board, as I am a visiting from www.contour.org
(p.s. check it out). We have been having a few discussions as to the future of the impreza and as a former R.S. owner (totaled) I was curious as to this boards take on some of the proposed changes. I am the owner of a 98.5 silver contour SVT yet am still a true Subaru fan at heart, and am intrested in purchasing a turbo impreza when they are released. Any opinions welcome, and please come check out our site, as many of us love your cars. Thanks. Jon

Hey welcome to the club I have a few people I work with who have 98 svt's. Decent cars just wonder if it's the drivers fault as the one with mods is in the shop more than it is on the road for everything from frying the ECU with the superchip to blown MAFS to clutch problems. The stock one is still running great.
The body style on the new impreza is a love it or hate it type and for most it takes time for it to grow on. The wagon has the best looks by far so hopefully they will have it with a turbo or EJ25. Rich |
