Default Failed NY state Inspection because of Launch Control on UTEC?

Well, just got back from failing NY state inspection.. I had 4 misfire codes (onme for each cylinder). Im using INJ cut on UTEC for launch control and im wondering if this could be the reason. I dont exactly see how the INJ cut would make me misfire but I have no logs of any misfires or have dealt with any misfires in like almost a year. So the only thing I could think is that its the UTEC LC... Anyone have an insight? Thanks

Do a reset. AND DO DO NOT USE THE LC until after the inspection.
See if the codes come back.
It dosen't matter wich mode of LC you use. They both stop the engine from firing. The ECU "senses" this as misfires.
