Default questions about cel fix on exhaust? up pipe DP!!!

i ordered the turbo xs downpipe with catted mid pipe, 3 inches.
i want to avoid any check engine light, i am going to purchase the mil eliminators tomorrow for the rear o2 sensor, it worked for my friend (S-WRX), so i will give it a try. I am going with the perrin up pipe and wanted to know what i needed for that system to ensure no cel light. Well, anything that i need that does not already come with the perring setup, or would you recommend another up pipe?
hope this is clear, i would appreciate any information, thanks alot guys..
chris

all you need for the up is a 2.2K (not just 2.2) ohm resistor. a pack of 5 at radio shack is $1.

From what I just read...the Perrin setup comes with a workaround for the loss of the EGT sensor (most likely a resistor).

You will also get a CEL from removing two cats (UP and DP), so I would suggest also getting a Pony Express MIL eliminator (<$15) to modify your rear O2 sensor.

Good luck!

edit...apparently I didn't actually READ your post before I replied Disregard me...but it looks like you've got everything covered, EGT resistor, and rear O2 MIL eliminator
