Default Since people keep asking..

This is how to clean your cloth seats.
I'm tired of seeing threads about the SAME THING!

well, here it is..
i bought a used STI interior, and it had several large stains.
a couple of them looked like "love" stains, but w/e.
the stains were old, and very light in color.

what i used:
an automotive grade foam spray (i don't want to bombard you with advertisements, so you can discuss which you think is best).

How to use it:
all i did was spray, let it soak for 1 minute, then dab with a cloth, and viola.

if the stain is very persistent, like grease or something REALLY nasty:

you will need:
1. vacuum cleaner
2. your foam spray
3. steam machine

1. vacuum any excess material. DO NOT SPREAD IT AROUND!!!
this step is extremely important. be sure to dab at the stain rather than wipe!

2. get your foam spray and spray is all over the stain (make sure it actually penetrates the stain) let is sit there for several minutes.

3. get your steam machine and again, only dab at the stain (be sure not to spread anything around).
the whole reason for the steam machine is, the heat will act as a catalyst to break down the foam and the stain together.

4. ONLY IF the stain is gone, or is no longer able to smear around, vacuum it one more time to get all the leftover junk out.

in a highly unlikely case, IF for some reason your stain is still there (say you spilled dirty engine oil all over your seats)
you can
1.repeat steps 2-4
2. try using industrial grade cleaner
3. rent a carpet cleaner from a grocery store, and use the industrial grade cleaner with it.

good luck to you all!
