Default Oil Hell

Ive been having this oil leak problem ever since I started my turbo project, and I cant stand it anymore, Ive tried everything. im running a T3/4 turbo. I already redid my oil return line like 3 times. Did the oil restrictor mode (1/16 hole). Rebuilded the turbine like 3 times already. I dont have any more options right now, and the thing is still leaking oil. I dont see how can this be possible, I even swaped the center of the turbine and it still started smoking again. I would go around on the car and not smoke, but if I stop in a couple of seconds a dark cloud of smoke would start coming out of my tailpipe. I already checked for piston rings and these are all fine. For example, Every morning I let my car fully warm up to operating temperature, and it wouldnt smoke, but after I go out, and its sees some oil pressure for a while, it starts smoking whenever i stop on traffic. The place I take the turbo to rebuild it, says that the problem its the return line, but Ive checked this a thousand time and everything is right, the hose is 3/4 wide, so its pretty big, comes out of the turbo and goes next to the headers without bending or anyting, all the way to the crank. Im tired of this and really dont know what to do next, what do you guys think?? The only thing Im thinking of right now, its that there might be positive pressure on the crank or something that wouldnt let the oil go down on it. Im running my cranckase breathers to a catch can with one of those little filters.

Anything You might think of would be realy aprecciate it, since Im so tire about it, Im planning to take apart the whole turbo kit.
