95 Legacy, total mods: 7, Total cost: $22.90, including DIY Home Depot Lip
i went all prefessional on my Si, so i figured I'd take this one down a few notches. I havent decided yet if i'm going to keep the car for very long, so i'm trying to spend as little money as possible.
there's more to come too. check back in. all the exterior stuff front lip ($16.41 at Home Depot, or HD racing) blacked out tails (free, had tint lying around) cone filter (free, scavenged from old impreza) black headlight/polish/de-yellow reflecter mod ($6.49 for plexis) black door cards (for now anyway) (free, just removed cloth)

I love the tails. I wanna do that to my Legacy since its blacked. I dont want to ruin visibility though. Is it a LOT darker?

it is pretty dark during the day, stop lights come through fine, blinkers are borderline, but half the people out there dont even use blinkers.
at night they're unnoticable. |

i think jdm projectors are out of my price range for now, if i decide to keep the car i might retrofit some HIDS in there.

Looks like a Contour SVT from the front now. Props for doing it cheap, but if you can afford more, please spoil your car a little.

yeah its my winter beater. i may keep it as a second car or a may sell it after the snow dries up. i'm doing up another impreza next.
heres the civic, i had it for about a year. i do all my own work obviously. i read about plexus in the appearance forum when somebody else polished their lenses with it. i've never used a paintball gun. |
