Default Can I run two pairs of tires with a 5mm difference..?

Dumb question, may not be a big deal, but I've been wondering... I currently run 245/35/18s on my blobeye, and the front two are heavily worn out due to camber wear.

My friend had two 245/40/18s lying around and I bought them for cheap thinking a 5mm difference in the sidewall wouldn't be anything to worry about, but now I'm hesitant. I know it's not perfect.

Will this +5mm mess with my diff?

s'plody center diff tyme

More than 1/4" Circumference difference is enough to nuke the center diff, Same tire size front and rear, 2 worn to the wear bars and , 2 new exceed that limit.

Right, that's what I was thinking. If that's the case then I'll get some proper tires mounted and balanced instead
