Panther Plus is a street/track compound offering a high torque brake compound delivering reliable and consistent performance over a very wide operating temperature range (150F to 1250F). Advanced compound matrix provides an excellent initial "bite", high coefficient of friction (0.54-0.56), and very progressive brake modulation and release characteristics. Panther Plus offers high fade resistance, rotor friendliness at all temperatures, and excellent cold stopping power. As a result, Panther Plus is an excellent choice for beginner-novice lapping day and high performance driver's schools on street driven cars using street or R-compound tires, eliminating the need to change brake pads at the track. Panther Plus has gained tremendous popularity with SCCA Prosolo/Solo2 competitors for its fantastic bite and modulation. In addition, Panther Plus has seen great success as a race-only pad on lighter improved touring and vintage race cars (ITC, etc). These will have higher noise and dust levels than street pads, though.
I bought these thinking i'd use them to replace my pads, but instead upgraded to the Brembo big brake kit thats on the STI, so these dont fit anymore and are just sitting here, waiting for a buyer. If you can find them cheaper new, i'll match the price.

These are great street/track pads.

I bought them from SubyDude, and their page about them is here.

My current price:

SOLD

It does dust a bit more than the stock OEM ones, but not a lot more. It wasn't a problem for me on my previous set of these.

Most people consider these as good street and track pads, with the bias towards street.

MY02-ealry MY03 is a different shape front pad than the later cars. Your part number is for later cars, so they shouldn't fit a MY02 car.

Wow! Really? No one bit? Ok fine, I'll bite...after all, I'm bound to do another track event sooner or later. PMing you (as long as they aren't in the trash yet).
