Also Suzuki also made a podium here according to speed so I was wrong about it being the first Japanese podium in Japan.

It will be Massa's first podium in over two years though.

So, who thinks this performance will make a difference weather or not Kobi and or Massa keep their seats?

Somewhere Francis is sweating about Vettel right now and the guys in maranello must be conflicted (Alonzo "Boo, horrible luck", Massa "Yea!, was it luck?").
Yeah Aguri Suzuki finished 3rd in 1990 so Kob is 2nd jap driver on the podium but def. amazing race for Kob. He needed it! Also for massa as well as both driver's dont have a seat for next year guaranteed... Heard rumors of Nico Hulkenberg going into ferrari replacing Massa. Or kimi... So many possibilities!

Tough to beat the Tifosi in Monza.

Edit: If Kobi did improve a lot and Honda or Toyota came back I am sure a kamikaze would develop (Both words mean wind, not sure why the Tifosi are called the wind though?)

I think Suzuka has a better crowd maybe in the early 90's when senna and mclaren were winning but now, Ferrari and Monza is like no other! After schumi's 2000-04 domination, Monza is legendary! But Suzuka is deff. giving it a run for the money! Vettel is also huge in Japan!

I could see Nico going for a year, but the rumors of Vettel going to the prancing horse in 2014 are pretty strong so it would only be a one year ride? Something I am not sure Kimi would be in to, but he has been there before so...? Also the WRC didn't pan out for Kimi as well as he hoped so I am not sure what else he would do after a one year ride with Ferrari, probably party a lot.

Idk if Vettel would be willing to leave Red-Bull as Red-Bulls car is soo strong, but everyone knows, to drive for Ferrari is the ultimate dream! Lewis in Mercedes is gonna make for incredible racing! Kinda similar to what Valentino Rossi did in MotoGP switching to Ducati but that was a fale! And i read an article that said Kimmi was offered a ride back at Ferrari but they only offered him about $3.5 mil Euros for a year which is very low for a ferrari driver as he was paid 40+ mil before by them so he went to Lotus. Its kimmi, party, race and party! For him, money talks

Great, jebus commercial with country music instead of Kobi talking to his home crowd in Japanese.

Edit: Andor and counterfit beat me to it.

Got to make money to party.

As for Lewis, I dont think Merc will improve his results, but as he has been racing for Mclaren since he was 13 I could see needing a change particularly since the rumors are about a lot of $$ for endorsements of Merc products. Also I heard a blip about the Mclaren contract for Mrec customer engines expiring in 2014 with the change to the turbo six, so maybe they will deny them to Mclaren and Hamilton is banking on Merc figuring them out faster than Ferrari/Renault/Cosworth?

Yeah, he only knows f1 as a McLaren boy. Mercedes seems to have alot of more freedom which is what Lewis has been trying to do. I do believe schumi and rosberg have been working on the 2013 car alot. Merc. always seem to start the year off really good then die down to middle pack. Its a big gamble Lewis is doing, which i dont think he will do much first year but after a year + of development, who knows! Lotus wasn't that fast but look at kimi and Grojean doing work this year! Will be shocked if they dont take one race win by the end of the year!

Spelling, I spell in math and several computer languages perfectly as there are no spell checkers, but English and stuff that falls outside the spell checker (like Renault) not so much. Also I am holding the keyboard on my chest with one hand so I am having to make a lot of corrections in edits right now, meh...

I've been there on the chest-board, though.
