Default Trying to get my swap rolling

I've got it running but I have a few problems.

Vital Stats:
'99 2.5RS
'04 STi motor, knuckles, control arms, *master cylinder (I think)*
'05 2.5TS transmission, clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, slave cylinder
'03 WRX axles
'?? Impreza L axle stubs

The axle stubs I have are too small for the axle seals that came with the trans. Can I replace the '05 TS seals with older axle seals and be done with it? Or do I need to find '05 TS stubs? Will '05 stubs fit the '03 WRX axles?

I can't get a good clutch pedal. It engages well, but if I push it too far it springs to the floor. I've bled it a million times. Will the '05 TS slave work with the '04 STi master? Or do I have another problem?

Thanks,
Pete

you have to pump up the clutch peddle probbaly 10-12 times before it builds pressure then it will spring back

I've pumped it until it builds pressure but it gets to the end of its rope then its done. It no longer builds more pressure with each pump. Then I pump it another 20-30 times and it still feels the same. Then I bleed it again, pump it several more times and it still feels the same. At this point I'm convinced that its a mechanical or a swap problem, not a bleeding problem. I have full travel at the slave after a couple of pumps.
