Hey I'm not sure if I am right or not, but it looks like the WRX and STi have the same airbox? I have an 05 STi and would be happy to take your K&N panel filter off your hands if it will fit.

LOL..funny you say that as when they were takin it was..there were no instructions that came with the kit so when i put it together i didn't notice that the actual pipe was backwords ..it's fixed and runs perfect.

No dyno runs yet...the next time i go to kc mo i am going to dry and have it put on a dyno. i'll post the results.

Review update -

I flashed to gabe's stage 1 map and the logs look great
see here -http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1403099

intakes on these cars can make power....also in case you guys missed harmon automotive did a review of 3 intakes dynoed...some work some need tuning, but the 74 $ intake does not need tuning and works well...I would recommend it. Running well after 7K miles.

Boostdog.

12k mile update....so far the intake is working like a champ..all clamps are still holding perfect. I just put downa 13.9 in the 1/4 with this and gabedude's stg1 flash. honestly this is a great bang for the buck buy.

Default Me 2!

I second that... I'd like a recent pic also. I am in the process of ordering this and a mushroom style filter (HKS type without the rediculous price for "reloading", which is simply a cleaning kit). I have a left over Weapon-R cleaning kit... that should make it last a bit... I just want to know what angles you used to create positive cyclonic action in the tubing. It is a known fact that the air can begin to turn against the turbo, making a nasty rich/lean mix back at the MAF. If I can avoid that, hopefully I will be joining you in the world of affordable sportiness!

sorry just saw you both replied...opps...but i guess late is better than never to reply...i don't have any new pics...it looks exactly the same as the day i installed it.

the maf sits at the same angle and spot as the OEM intake. almost 35k miles and works great.
