exactly what parts are needed to convert my 06 wrx to a 5x114 setup. There seem to be more rim options for this lug pattern. is it even worth doing?

The 6gun kit, then, rotors, new struts, I think rear diff and axles too and....um I'm sure there's more. I'm far far from expert on the subject. I learned the above and quit before I started. Then I found 17x9 wheels for less than a mortgage payment and settled with those.

I just asked Javid this question last week as I'm considering doing this next year.

For us WRX guys we pretty much just need the 6gun kit, and an R180 rear with axles...plus the usual wheels/rotors.

the r180 diff is a much nicer diff anyway, isn't it?

What is a "6gun kit"?

Does Glock make one?

6gun has a kit that includes all the OEM parts, bolts, and speedo gears to do the 114.3 conversion for a very good price of $900. It saves you from hunting around in the OEM catalogs and figuring out what you need and then still being short parts.

And no, Glock just makes firearms
