Default 1st Subaru Parts?

Does anyone have comments on 1st Subaru Parts?

http://www.1stsubaruparts.com

They have a pretty good site for ordering OEM replacements. I think it's ran by the guy who was at subaruparts.com, but then left to start this (Scott?).

I ordered from them a couple of weeks ago. It is run by Scott from subaruparts.com.

I ordered a Legacy din pocket. They didn't have it in stock, so it took them a week to get it, and then a week to ship it to me.

I was satisfied with everything. The only drawback that I noticed is that shipping isn't calculated by their website, so you don't find out shipping and total costs until you get the part. For what I ordered, shipping seemed to be at about the same rate as other vendors charge.

Default 1stSubaruparts.com are they on vacation? Bad business!

So I placed an order on November 12th, 2012 and instantly got an email acknowledging my order, then got an order processing email same day. All the items I ordered were nicely itemized. Unfortunately that's the last email I received, or communication of any kind.

I have tried calling their only number listed 1-877-313-4139 and it answers as a Kia dealership, but I left a msg with my phone number, name and order number anyway. Not a single return call and it's been over a week? I Replied to their processing email asking for a status update as I really need these bearings. No response. This is neither professional nor reliable. How sad. Certainly not worth the $10 I saved over one of their many competitors!

My problem is I don't know if they have placed my order, lost it, our if it's a one man show who had a heart attack and is on life support? Maybe they took a trip to Fiji for a few weeks? I don't want to be charged later after I order elsewhere, or charged a restocking fee, etc.

Do yourself a favor don't use 1stSubaruParts.com !!!
