I don't think you'll regret using Stephen. I know I don't. My only regret is not doing it 10 years earlier. Power band is so smooth!

He's an awesome guy. Helped me with my overboost issue back in February. He explains everything clearly, answered all of my question and address my concerns about driving in between maps. Only downside is him being in a different time zone.

My engine was delivered today. Last week they tried and had to turn around halfway because it was raining....and the engine was UNCOVERED.

He said he would wrap it up and try a different day.

Today it came UNCOVERED through some rain. It was wet....water in the turbo lol.

I do have to buy an intercooler....he said "ready to run" but I guess not. I'm gonna call tomorrow, but at least it's here!

So thanks again for the recommendation, because I'd still be looking.

Anyone know anything about throwing a 05 sti exhaust on a 04 fxt. I know I'll have to get longer hangers but beyond that I'm clueless.

I was never told the year, but an ej205. There's some other parts I need, but I'm gonna call tomorrow.

Buying a wrecked wrx/STi and taking exactly what I needed, would have been way easier. Hard lesson learned.

What's the turnaround for receiving the tune? Are they relatively easy to contact?

I send my data logs when I get home from work around 7:30am. Usually has a map for me before I go in to work 5pm-7pm. Latest was 10pm yesterday.

Very easy. He returns emails even on his off hours.

Yeah they're really slow to get back to you. I had the same problem. They really need to hire more people. They only have three guys working there since I last had my car there back in February.

He has a pretty nice Mustang 150 dyno up there in Carlisle. Cool guy and nice place http://www.j-k-tuning.com/tuning.php
I went to john and Derek (owner at Innovative) to tune my civic. They both know their stuff. John recently created and released his own version of tuning software called Nismotronic that the Nissan community seems to like too.

Whoever had my car before me got some crazy ass overspray on the front bumper and I was just wondering what grit sand paper I should use to try and wet sand it off.

I was on my way with Scooby06, drove from a hour away, met up with him, and sure enough there's a York local 5-0 waiting by CBRD, he pulled me over as I'm getting out of my car to walk down to Chads shop, and burns me for my tint (front windows were even down when I passed him, he had nothing better to do.) I was there for maybe 20 minutes, but he put a bad enough taste in my mouth to ruin that experience.

So much wrong on this. According to PA Statutes:

The applicable PA Law or Statute is TITLE 75 of PA STATUTES - 4524 (e)(1) - This is the LAW passed by our legislators and it does NOT prohibit tint unless it "does not permit a person to see or view the inside of the vehicle through the windshield, side wing or side window of the vehicle."

AKA if you able to be visible through the window, they can't burn you on tint. I'm not sure what your % is but I'm running 20% and I can still visibly see inside. They can't give me ****. I have the whole Commonwealth v. Brubaker article which made outlines this statute in my glove box. Never had a cop give me problems about my tint but if they do, I have it ready to present to them.

**EDIT: Link to the case

Maybe CBRD got in some legal trouble, as leverage they set up a sting operation knowing cops would have just cause to give out easy tickets (tiny, exhaust, etc).
