Default 1st Subaru Parts?

Does anyone have experience with this company? I've placed an order last week and got an email a couple days later letting me know that my order is being processed and that's the last I've head. Does it typically take this long to process an order? I've ordered from other places before so I know it shouldn't take too long. What's the deal?

Thanks.

I bought a couple of things from them last week. They never sent me anything regarding shipping and they showed up at work yesterday.
Give it a couple more days, then call.

Just wanted to post a few kind words for these guys - they answered my initial question quickly, had the best price on the part, and got it out to me nice and fast! And the Momo Subaru Air Race leather shift knob makes shifting a lot more fun, too.
Thanks, guys!

Just wanted to add my + .02. I ordered a number of 2005 LGTL OEM accessories from them last week. For starters someone actually answered the phone. This wasn't the case at www.subaruparts.com. I called them several times, was placed on extended hold several times and never talked to anyone. Back to www.1stsubaruparts.com, the guy I talked to was very helpful and actually talked me out of one item, the rear cargo cover. He told me it was kinda lame and would mostly duplicate the function of the rear cargo tray. He also obtained up to date info on the availability of the air filtration modules while we were on the phone and suggested I order them later when they were actually available. Prices were killer and shipping was fast and cheap. I decided I didn't like the car cover and called them for return info. I talked to Jason and he said to just send it back to his attention. All in all a very pleasant mail order experience. I notice that the date of the first post in this thread is quite old. Perhaps there are different people in charge now. BTW you never posted the outcome. Did you get your parts?

A+, saved me about $120 in parts versus the dealer (two headlamps) for my 99 Forester L

Another endorsement for 1stsubaruparts. I dont know how many orders I have placed with them 10+ since 2000 I am thinking(they used to be another company IIRC - Puyallup Subaru or something) and I have always had great customer service and fast delivery.

The reason I have been so loyal to them is their awesome online parts lookup that often has pics attached. It makes it a lot easier to figure out what you need and what it will cost before you call.

For the first time yesterday I got an order(about 20 parts total) and I was missing something from the order, called them and theyre 2-daying it to me.

Great people, highly recommend.
