The EJ20G comes in several varieties all of which are single turbo. Some have a closed deck block and forged internals. Those come from several year STi models. Most of them are just standard open deck block with standard internals. These come from WRX models. Depending on the year and body style the WRXs came with several different turbos including the tdo4 similar to the usdm WRXs, and some came with the awesome td05 16G. The twin turbo motors are from Legacys. They won't fit in LHD cars. The driver side turbo hits our brake booster. These engines are EJ20K or EJ20R. You can convert them to a single turbo setup using WRX stuff but you will have a lot more money in it than its worth unless you just happen to have a single turbo set up laying around.
