Is Fifty showing the method he got shot?

I got the GpMoto equal length headers. They installed fairly easy as long as you have the right tools. You can feel the torque is more even through the rpm's. Boxer4Racing has them listed as 37hp/47ft-lb gain alone. I'm pretty happy with mine.

thanx, i'll look into them. did you rap the header or heat treat it with a coating, to keep the heat in? or is it ok with out.

thanx, jay

That's kind of a misnomer as those figures only apply to the WRX. Mind you, I'd still recommend headers to anyone.

Heat wrapping/coating is a good idea anyway, but I'm not 100% sure it will really matter. Read the header FAQ for more info on wrapping/coating. Personally, I went with the Borla headers because they are crazy cheap, come coated, and don't change the exhaust note. Each header has it's pluses and minuses though.

Yes the headers are dyno'd for the WRX. On the STi I'm guessing equal or better performance with the AVCS. I could be wrong, but we all know the butt dyno theory. Mine aren't wrapped or coated and you can still feel the difference and the power comes in quicker and stays more even instead of a peak power with rolloff thru the rpm's.
