Default 18x8 Torque Rota with 245/40 or 235/40 ?

thinkin about buying set from subiedude 18x8 in 5x114.3

Can i got with 245/40 or go with recommended 235/40? Will i have rubbing issues?

tires are Falken Falken Ziex ZE-512

i just ordered 18x8 d2 in 5 x100 for a wrx so I do not know if this applies to your case but i specifically asked the guys at subie dude the same question and they said 235/40/18 will not having rubbing however you most likely will with the 245/40/18 especially if you have coilovers. Hopefully this helps

good luck finding a good variety in 245/35's

235/40's are fine for your setup

235/40s are just a little tall for the 5 speed since he has the 6speed u could run a 245/40

Run a 245, I have the same set up with a 245 and it looks hot. the 235 looks all stretched out. I have my car very low on coilovers and no rubbing issues.
