Made 468/370 on 93 on 20-22 psi, I dont exactly know what. Dyno will be posted tomorrow hopefully.

Had a fuel fitting fail because I was lazy to make it right and didn't even cross my mind till fuel crossed the floor. I will find out where / what the issue was and go down to get tuned on E85 this summer after our house is purchased and settled.
Had fun with the P&L Crew again, and Kathy made some good cupcakes regardless of what Dylan says!!
Should give Junior some ammunition for in the morning.

Awaiting curve. It sounds like these setups are really showing some benefit to twin scroll making quite a bit of torque at low pressures. How far did Junior carry out the AVCS advance? I still don't quite understand how twinscroll is supposed to provide high veolocity on the low end and decreased backpressure at high rpms over open scroll.

I am going to have to ask Junior before I start handing out information. I don't think it will be an issue, but I want to make sure that he's cool with it.

Here are some videos

It'll be interesting to compare our pump gas dyno charts, Junior tuned 2 days apart, similar power, similar boost at 21/ 22 psi. Our builds are different but also similar, both EL headers your twin scroll my single scroll, your lower comp motor, my higher comp motor, your stage 2 cams, my stage 1 cams, your 70 lb. turbo my 58 lb. turbo. You made a couple more HP than I, 468 to my 460 and I made more torque 400 to your 370.

It will be interesting to see the spool difference but knowing Junior's tunes the shape of our power bands will be very similar. Michigan Subarus FTW!! haha

I'll throw mine up for kicks! OK with you Levon? This has both pump and E85 tunes.

Darius! We were talking about you and your consistent driving yesterday. I am hoping to meet up with you this summer in Stanton. ... Provided I dont do something stupid before then I will be

I have no problems with those graphs being there, makes it easier than trying to have email and forums open on a laptop screen.

got the new fittings ordered to weld onto the top of the fuel pump assembly. They should be here by friday at the latest. Maybe a Sunday road trip weather depending.

That's a really pretty curve. Gotta loves those voluptuous curves. How is the response compared to what you've driven before? I notice that it doesn't have the typical torque ramp and sharp cliff. Normally you can see where the gate opened. That's an unusual hotside size.

Looking forward to it my friend.

Every trip to P&L is worth it if Jake is lurking around

If Junior bumps in here, I hope he takes credit for the curve being pretty. He fought the boost control (LinkG4) a little, but ended up getting it the second time around. I do not know if he likes it or not after starting over. I am happy to have a nice rounded torque curve, area under the curve, not peak.

Sadly, I haven't driven the car yet. I loaded it onto the trailer and that is it. I sort of mismatched parts slightly. Cams / Turbo kind of disagree.

It's a beautiful power curve you have there! I love the way Junior makes power on our Subies with his tuning!! I wouldn't say you have any mismatch at all Levon. Wait until the E and you can push that turbo into it's efficiency range at 26+ psi, it will shine and it will be a whole other game! Your TS headers, cams and that hotside will bring it, big time!!

Just for ****s and giggles, I called PT to see what they had to say. Grant @ PT was pretty stoked to hear 470 at 21psi on pump gas. He said on a 2.0 liter that they test on ( I dont know what motor platform, I'm guessing Evo) that it is efficient at 30 PSI.
For my motor he said that it would be a little bit less, 25-27 psi. . . So like you said Allan, it the turbo will shine on E85. I couldn't be happier with how things are panning out.

Fittings are ordered so gotta get that **** welded and ready to rock.

See that's even more support for my reasoning. For comparison Mike at Blouch said my Dom3.5 hits it's peak efficiency at around 24-25 psi, I also have the smaller 8cm hotside for the response. I made almost exactly 100+ hp and tq on E85. Junior limited the boost on E because I am maxing the ID1k's. I'll bet I would not see the slight drop in power that you see on my graph if I had the 10cm hs and the new ID 1300's, hhmmm....

You on the other hand have a turbo that needs a little more boost than mine, you have the cams, the hotside and the fueling! My bet is you will see a greater differential in power going to E85 than I am seeing!

Did you coat your headers, I don't remember.....do you have a turbo blanket? You will want to get one. Angel's got a really good powder coating shop in Detroit that we used for my KB headers, It's a bit of a pain but I think it would be worth the hassle to get them coated!!I'll find out what coating they use.

April 7th!?!? I might have to go there to watch! Junior said youre gonna be beating some times.

I dont think ill be participating yet, but definitely worth watching.

I didnt have headers coated. After looking at Kelly's thread i think a heat blanket will be purchased.

Thats the plan. Just going to play with pump gas and the new tires on the 7th. Once I learn how to launch this thing again then i can get nasty with the corn fuel fury
