![]() The pipes I have are that thin. I have a couple 16g pieces and there's also a very noticeable weight difference. I'd like to keep it all the same.

![]() spd exhaust stocks a ton of different radius/OD/wallthickness combinations will have everything you might need and more......... .049" isnt really that thin, just need to learn some finesse there buddy (area1320)
Also if you go to woolf aircrafts webpage, go to there surplus bend section and you'll find VERY cheap bends there in very thin thicknesses. Ive got some thin .030" tubing from there before as well used some large 4" tube on a 4" bend radius before. Very nice guys there and very helpful. Plus they carry the exotic stuff which I like. |

![]() Still working on it :/ Slowest project ever. Constantly running into problems. First it was the precision drain valve adapter wouldn't fit to any NPT to hose fittings, then had to figure out what to do about the cooling lines, removing the coolant reservoir, now it's the IC pipes, and still don't know what I'm going to do about the BOV as Forge wouldn't sell me the 1" female NPT to hose barb fitting they use so I can get rid of the sti flange. Some parts had a little wait like the 3" metalic cat I'm going to be putting into the system, the GT spec header I have uses a 2.25" id uppipe while the VBand rings are for 2.5" OD pipes... and I could keep going. Seems that getting the right pieces and fittings is like 80% of the work.
