first you need to download one of the many bittorrent clients. BT++ and BitTorrent Experimental seem to be the prefered (you only need one of them). install your new client. Then you find sites on the net that have torrent download links. The best is Suprnova . simply click a link provided there an you're set. once you do it once, it's fairly easy.

I got the setup. Its not that hard to find. RIT has a great server, but I guess you arent here anymore.

Kazaa (with DietK to remove ads/spyware). But mainly IRC, because you get less fakes.
