Of course, now that i am in the planning stages to buy another Subaru, this section slows down lol.

I met a group from Phoenix a few years ago on a cruise to Prescott. Back then I had an 07 WRX on payments. Very sadly had to sell it to get out of debt.

Hopefully starting a new budget that will allow me to dump into savings and pick up a WRX cash within 1-2 Years is the plan. Looking to go Bug to Eagle eye WRX I doubt I will have the will power to save for an STI.

Would be nice to see some life back in here. The Facebook groups are a joke and filled with morons.

I'm lurking pretty regular. Once I get my 95 legacy to every day status I can start building the wrx in the back yard. Then I'll probably talk a lot more.

Totally thirding on the lurking.

Got a friend in SoCal to finally upgrade his Lancer to an STi and he won't shut up about it. It's kind of awesome.

I still wave at Subies, even though I'm in a Legacy now. Sometimes I get a shocked wave back, but not as often as I'd like.

I usually get waves back in my forester. Someone even put a carsandcoffee card on my windshield while I was in class the other night.

Going to put the forester back on a lift setup for winter this week I think.

I see people talked about Subaru Meetups throughout the states, does anyone know of any meet ups in the Tucson/Phoenix area?

Those are two different areas to be looking in. Not sure what goes on in Tucson, most of those guys are on AZAWD.com

As for Phoenix, Flat4PHX does Wednesday Nights @ Westgate, and Friday Night at In N Out Burger on 27th Ave / Yorkshire.

Yeah, that meet doesn't happen anymore...

The Super Store that is.

Exclamation New. Reno Wrx

Probably not in the right spot to post this but why not give it a try...
I live here in Reno.
Bought my first subie this past july, 2012 premium wrx had 29k when i made the purchase.
Super stoked with it to say the least!
I have done some small purchases for it. White JNA radiator and alternator shrouds, front strut bar and thats it! It had spt catback and spt short throw shifter installed from original dealership which is pretty cool.
That being said, just ordered a catless invidia dp, grimmspeed up pipe (2bolt) with tial 38mm wastegate, grimmspeed pulley and grimmspeed 3 port ebcs! (Saved a bunch with the black friday sales!)
Do you guys suggest fuel pump, injectors and BPV before I get her tuned? What other parts would you suggest? Stoked on the build right now and whats coming but looking to do it right the first time. Thanks

Welcome! Yeah wrong spot, but it'll work! Fuel Pump, injectors would be good to add to make most of your retune. As for a tuner, you aren't too far from Travis @ Snail Performance who tunes out of FW Motorsports in Rocklin, CA. He can definitely get you squared away!

Have you heard of Mayhem tuning here in reno/sparks, his name is cory
Ive heard great things about him, his name on here is renosubby i believe. I think he won the dyno contest at subiefest a few years ago with like 596 whp on the dyno! Ive been looking into taking it there for the tune....
Will look into the tuner in rocklin though! appreciate the feedback like i said super new to this... pretty sweet though
