I couldn't agree more! When the F*&^ is it going to snow??? Oh well I had to make the best of the rain this past weekend and did some major Scubie Nuts and made our own rally track. It was fun but not as much fun as haveing the WRX in the snow.

Or you could end up like us and get close to 3 feet in a day

AWD or not, it gets pretty difficult to drive the Impreza after it starts pushing too much snow around.

Hey Steve! We're STILL waiting for the snow as you can see. It's not even cold enough for them to start making it at Alpine Valley, so no snowboarding for me either

Yeah!!! I was thinking that when I go up to Sno*Drift I might just stay a few days extra and head over to TC or something and go riding up there. We could all chip in on a hotel room or condo and ride, drink and be merry. =D

Do they rent snowmobiles up there???

They do in atlanta, where sno*drift is HQed.... we're thinking of re-naming the event to dirt pile though if the weather doesn't change....

BTW we may be looking for a couple people to work scoring for us, give you some time to spectate and get a chance to meet the competitors...

good theory - i like the idea. Working in a school we get snow days - the day it snows a lot i'm loading one or two of my closest friends into the scoob bright and early in order to beat all the SUV's to the hill just hope i've got my rack by then or else it'll be awfully cozy, seeing as they didnt think to put the ski pass-thru in the 2001... i wonder if the rear seats are swappable

We usually get one snow day a year. our calendar allows for two, but it always works out that there is only ever one REALLY bad day, we're a relatively small community and we have no busses so it takes a lot to make it so people can't get here.

SNOW! Already I am so ready for it and of course it won't happen. The only thing i fear witht he first snow is when 90% of the people on the road turn to idiots and cannot drive. That is the ony reason I am glad for the weather we are havng now. But man this warm weather is killing my holiday spirit
