Wednesday is cutting it pretty close. I am super interesed though.

I need to know info from the guy though; specifically, what size rim did he get (7" or 8") and what offset he is using AND if there is any rubbing with his tires (size tires would be extremely helpful too).

he is running a 45 offset on a 8 inch wheel. We can actually go bigger. I am working on another WRx right now, and we are found out that a 40 offset will work on an 8inch wheel, giving the car a huge lip

Cyan,

Way to go on the pictures! Looks sharp! Are those 17" or 18" wheels?

18*8 with a 48 offset. We have found a 40mm offset to work as well

All wheels are replacable. Since the wheels are two piece, instead of buying a new wheel, all you need is to send the wheel back to us. We disassemble the wheel and put a new outer on it. It almost impossible to destroy the center of the wheel. Also all programs can be cut, since they are saved in the computer.

The new offset for the scobby is going to be a 40mm offset on a 8 width wheel to give you guys a bigger lip

Question

One last question, I swear! Will the 8 inch rim with the 40 offset work for a wagon? We don't have quite as much fender as the sedan. Do you know anyone in the area with a wag that you could test fit? If you do this for me, I promise to buy rims from you. How's that for a deal?

Thanks for the pictures, and the extra time! Not too concerned about the lip, but a nice option.

WillRX if your fenders are not as wide, then go with the standard 48 offset. You guys can choose any offset you want.

WillRX, Cyan,

I wouldn't mind being the test fit guy. I wouldn't put any money on 8" with 40mm offset for the wagon though. The 8" wheel on a wagon might be very tight, and the offset would have to be dead on. Just a guess. I know some Wagoneers are running 225 tires with no major issues.

very generous of you scotto! I already have some 225/45s, the only question is whether i put em on 7 7.5 or 8 inch wide 17s. If they'll fit with the 8s, thats my preference. If you're looking at gettin some 8 inchers, I'd be stoked if you could check it out, but i guess its up to cyan

Aloha,

Well someone needs to bring a wagon to our factory so we can get accurate measurements and figure out what offset we can use on the wagon. Also a 40mm offset on a 8 fits perfect. A 40mm on a 7.5 wheel would stick further out of the fender, and thats what most of the wheels for subaru use with the bigger lips

CyanWRX,

I would be willing to stop by the factory. Email me if you still need a wagon to measure.

Sure Scoto, bring it by and we'll make a custom set of rims to fit your car for you and give you the biggest lip for your wagon.

Cyan,

I am considering these wheels. I said I would be willing to bring the car by to have measurements taken... I care more about proper offset and fitment than lip size.

My criteria are #1 price, #2 quality, #3 weight, #4 proper fitment, #5 style, #6 durability, #7 warranty.

I am now considering 18" wheels as well. I don't think I can afford your 18" wheels even at the group buy prices. I still wouldn't mind bringing the car by for measuring though.

Scoto,
i would not want to waste your time. We already know that a 48mm offset with 8 width will fit the wagons perfectly

how do you know a 48 offset with an 8 inch will fit the wag perfectly? A few days ago you needed a wagon to test fit?
