Default WRX STi available in November...

Today during lunch time I drove down to Downtown Subaru in Oakland and spoke to their fleet manager named Joge pronounced Ho-Hay. We talked and shot the breeze. He then volunteered some very interesting info-- he asked whether I knew that there would be a 275HP WRX coming in Novemeber. I asked back "You mean the 280HP Sti?" Joge replied "Oh Yeah STi, I thought it was ST something..." I then asked if he was sure and he said my boss just gave us the news yesterday. In fact it will be here in November! I then said, "**** will you take a deposit?" He said he couldn't since there's no pricing on the car yet. Hmmm this is pretty good news but hey why not you guys call Joge to reconfirm???

Motor trend had a blurb that said that the US would see the STi within a year. It was in the trends section when they were taliking about the WRX and EVO.

So? The Weekly World News says aliens gave birth to a three-headed baby in the White House. Don't believe everything you read, and only half of what you hear.

Julian

Isn't there still a ban on STi/EVO posts?
