From what I heard, tsudo exhausts are comparable to invidia exhausts. My guess is that the tsudo exhaust names are the as invidias models. And if you haven't heard of invidia, they are pretty dang loud, at least the n1s are...

N1 is a style of muffler. Tsudo is a "low quality" brand, so i'm assuming it's fairly cheap?
It really doesn't matter that much with exhaust though. as long as it's stainless or coated and the welds are clean, its all the same

Hope that helps

I wouldn't say it's a low quality brand. I have a full exhuast by them , up pipe, down pipe and catback and I have had no problems AT ALL! The exhuast has been on the car for 2 1/2+ years through rain, mud, snow, more rain and mud and snow, gravel and who knows what else and I recently took off the catback to do a swaybar install... no rust, just went over it once with a brillo pad to shine it up and looked good as new.

It's really not too terribly loud and does come with a silencer. If you like to hear your exhuast, you won't be dissapointed because it's rumbly at idle and screams at WOT. It also does not drone on the highway even at 80+

2.5" on an RS is probably too much anyway. 2"-2.25" is perfect.

I have an older product of theirs with a smaller muffler than the N1 style; min is a 3 inch in, 3 inch out with a slant cut tip. When I bought it, they all came together. Downpipe is a 4 inch bellmouth to three inch also. You can only ever find their 08-09 wrx/sti downpipes now however

To you they do.

To the OP, it may be anything from love at first rev, to vomit inducing.

ha ha!! The one I have is fairly rumbly, not raspy at all.... unlike the perrin dual tips that sound like a helicopter

I would like a slightly larger muffler though (case size not tip) to keep down a bit on the noise at start up. I may just eventually buy a megan racing catback for the simple fact I know they are quieter than the tsudo's

my friend just ordered one off ebay for his rs (I'll let you know how it sounds)

but definitely buy a used quality exhaust...for only a hundred dollars or so more, it's definitely worth it!

My buddy has an 08 WRX and bought the Tsudo catback from SpeedElement.com, the set was cheap but it honestly sounds a lot better than you might expect, nice and low, not super loud, no weird noises or fitment issues, all stainless and the welds are all very clean, I'm thinking about ordering one for myself.

Yeah when it comes to your exhaust i would put some descent money into getting a reputable one , it takes alot of weathering under the car.

Its an N1 exhaust. Its pure boxer rumble. If you think it sounds like balls its because you dont like the sounds of a Subaru.

All an N1 is, is a resonated muffler (basically a straight pipe) aka LOUD...
