Hello, I did an engine swap on my 2004 RS with a 2002 WRX and upgraded the clutch and flywheel. After explaining in length about this I was still shipped the wrong flywheel for my setup. Anywho, little later, I guess because of the clutch now, the RS tranny broke. I am getting a 6MT STi in and I want to know what year and model clutch / flywheel combo to get.

I am not talking about make, weight, clutch load etc, but what parts for what model and year. Is the clutch going to be for a wrx or STi and is the flywheel a wrx or STi.

Just want to be 100% sure this time.

You should get the flywheel and clutch that match the transmission.

Yes you will want an STi 6mt clutch/flywheel. Depending on your power level i would say to get the stock units. They are terrific and will hold a rather surprising amount of power, while still providing great driveability. Good luck.
