Here's a question for all you fine folks. When deadlifting I've always focused on "driving my heels" into the floor. I noticed the other day that my toes come up off the floor when deadlifting. Is this something I need to work on in my deadlifting form?

I focus on lifting my toes on deadlift and on squats so that I am putting pressure on my heels and outside of my feet. It's a training tool I personally use.

My first time benching at 14, I barely got up 135 of course I have long arms, and never could bench heavy. I should try this technique, but now comes the question. Would it be beneficial for growth? I'm guessing it's more of a decline with that arch, and benching incline is better for chest development? Anyways, that's stupid strong for a young girl.

My back workout tonight was pretty good (after some motivation from some guy (in a brand new acura) that tried to spit on my car when I was at a stop light! Dumb Obama supporters)
Pull ups
T-bar rows
Pull downs
One arm rows
Light curls

Too lazy to type out the weights, I'm exhausted and been going all day. I'll probably crash in a half hour. Oh and I did some cardio this morning.

Any of you guys have some advice on leg exercises or squat variations to help with explosiveness coming out of the hole with squats? Currently accessory work is squats, leg press, and calves. Thanks.

She's 13, and as tall/taller than the women there, and taller than half the guys.

How does this compare to minor league oly lifting?

EDIT

Looking around some related videos, you'll run across some russian teens with that same extreme arch that looks like their ass isn't even on the bench. With such an arch, and wide grip, the travel is really, really short for making a rep. Is that accepted? I haven't watched much olympic bench pressing.

The whole ass doesn't have to be planted. If you look at it from the side you can see the very bottom is making contact.

Pops still has less rom than that chick. If I had Chris' ROM I would bench 715 raw, without question.
