I remember a dealer many years ago that bought up every prime air cooled Porsche turbo and then tried to sell them at 2X market rate. Everyone laughed. Those prices would be a smoking deal today.

If you have a ton of liquid cash, love cars, and think you know which way the market is going it’s a great way to enjoy your investments.

Would have worked out great if he had a small climate controlled warehouse to store and maintain them all for a few decades
