Default i need some good ideas for my girlfriend

I am trying to help her write her resume, however; she doesn't have much work experience. School, Independent Research, & a Grocery Store are all she really has..

talk about qualities you can bring, and qualities you've refined while doing the work you can list. list any skills you have from those jobs as well.

"can complete projects with little supervision", "customer service experience" etc.

Wow, she has no experience in anything and you have to turn to OT for help.

You guys are a match made in heaven!

In all seriousness, talk about deadlines, assigned tasks, increasing responsibility - anything that shows initiative on her part.

I bet she fantasizes about huffing on a big black dong... you could try granting that wish for her.

College students are not expected to have huge amounts of experience, since you know, they've been going to school full time.

Tailor the resume to either emphasize transferable skills to any job, or to bring out how her coursework and independent research make her a good fit for whatever position she's applying for.

And I'll also encourage her to use the on-campus resume career center. At the very least, they've seen this "problem" about a billion times.

You can make the jobs she had sound better. Instead of saying you pumped gas, you are a Refined Petroleum Transfer Engineer.
