Does that effect my insurance or anything? Also, I remember a thread from the past that people were arguing over whether or not police can be in the breakdown lane with their lights off...what's the law/rule on that. This cop didn't have his lights on if that makes any difference(he was at the top of the offramp in the breakdown lane...evil spot, can get people getting off or people continuing on the highway).

80+ in a 55 rt. 2 west just getting into gardner

ticket will mean points on his license not yours therefor his insurance will go up not yours.
I can't answer the question about cops hanging out in the break down lane but I don't see why they can't.
