I sure love the look of the sport grills I see here. I wish I'd ordered one! Any idea how hard it would be to install one yourself?

^^^ Looks very stealthy - but you really need a drop IMHO

im getting it tinted next week, 5% all around. Then it will look super stealth. Im still debating dropping it, the ride is so comfortable right now

I've got some stock 08 STi springs kicking around - they are comfortable and I was thinking about using those - half inch drop is probably all that's needed

Are you sure that they will fit? I would think they would have different spring dimension?

The only confirmed swappable part from the GR STI and the '12 Impreza is the rear swaybar.

Paid off the weekend warrior, wasted no time getting into a new one

I may toss wider wheels on the WRX and put the T3s on the Impreza.

Dallas86 - Nice ride! Love the black. Just wish you could get it with black interior. That's the reason I ordered a two-tone.

Those wheels look great on there, and it will look even better with the tint. I would say skip the drop for now. Ride quality > Stance any day.

Do you think those dpt's would rub with a 1" drop? They look awesome! I was eyeing them in silver for my SWP impreza when it gets here, but I hate a lot of wheel gap on aftermarket wheels

Don't do it! LOL. My previous DD i had dropped on v6 struts and prodrive springs and it looked good, but made the ride rougher. Also, not sure if you live where you get snow, but you may want to keep all the ground clearance for winter. However, if you don't care about any of the stuff, it will look good dropped. I have no intention of modifing the suspension on mine at all, if I want a stiff ride I'll just hop in the STi.

I just checked on my von and my dgm sport shows 4/6 eta! Order placed 3/7. I don't recall being this excited when I purchased my 745li or my Z06. I guess it must be the fact that I have to wait to get it, vs immediate satisfaction of driving home same day.

No fair! I ordered mine 1/29, and still don't have an eta....

All Sport models need a drop and the 17" rims look like they're pushing how big the rims can get before looking bad. However, those black Rota 18" rims don't look oversized at all on the Impreza. I might be just the style of the OEM rims making them looking big.

Put my 2012 WRX wheels on my father's Impreza today. I think it looks great. 235/45/17 tires. Still about a finger's width away from the strut.

The place I'm going to only has 35, 20 & 5. I'm getting 35% in front since I live in NY, even that's not legal so I'm going light there. I'm torn between 20% or 5% limo in the back. I wish they had 15% at this place.

5% on the way back really sucks at night trying to reverse. I'm doing 35 all around when I get mine done. Had it on my old car, looked clean and you still couldn't see in at night.

Default tinted & de-badged

Here she is all tinted. 35% front & 20% on the back & hatch.

The last pic is with my Mom's 2001 Outback & Dad's 2011 Outback. Mine got her name Nugget since she's just a lil nugget next to the '11 OB

& here's the whole Subaru family. When I visit the rentals the neighbors get a kick out of it. We used to be a Honda family.
