Default where should i set my boost limit after build.

hello everybody, I just finished my engine build for my 08 Spec-b.
I have my stock block but I used better internals. here is my build sheet.
STI Crankshaft,Eagle Rods, Manley Pistons 8.5:1, 20g turbo, Stanless Valves Stock size, 80# valve springs, stock cams, Injector dynamics 1050x injectors, Deatsch works Dw65C fuel pump, Grimmspeed Top Mount, Tomei UEL Header and Uppipe, Cobb Catted Downpipe, ARP Headbolts and stock Subaru Headgaskets

Where should I tell my tuner to set my boost and Rev Limiter,
At the moment I am currently at 19psi and curious if i should stay there or go around the 22 mark.
I think currently im at 7k rpm but i have not tested that and need to ask.
this is my daily driver so im on the side of safety for the moment but also would like to get my moneys worth.

any help is appreciated thank you.
