bumpppp, I'm looking to lower my 2012 sedan as well. Nothing drastic, but definitely need to kill some of that fender gap.

I'd like to raise the rear a half inch to match the stance of the front.

Ok, being that i never ever drive in snow, I guess I could lower the front a half inch to match the rear stance.
Of course, I love dirt, clay, and forest roads too much to lower the car.

Why would you want your car to be less capable?

I thought about it, even tried ordering from TireRack but after thinking about it for awhile decided not to. My main reason being issues with deep snow. If anything I may consider the 1" lift I saw available in another thread somewhere here...

Are you referring to the Subtle Solutions 1" lift? If so I do believe that they offer group discounts on the kit if we can get enough people in on it.

What kind of affect would this have on warranty? What kind of extra wear might this put on the drivetrain?

you probably could fit 225/50. 225 will fit on a 7 inch rim just fine. but i would just be weary of the space between body and tire.

Im still waiting and searching for lowering springs all the time.
Eibach doesn't have any in development
H&R is developing a set now and said late spring/early summer.

I called each one personally.

Thumbs up Eibach

I have always used eibach and never had issues with it being to low it does handle better tho on the other hand I do live in Orlando fl flat roads and rain is all we get. In conclusion eibach make the best springs not bouncy not too low and make car look great

A subtle drop would look nice. I need my clearance though.

Just don't over do it.
