Default My OPT7 LED H4 Headlight Bulb Review-2000 Impreza Outback Sport

Just bought and installed a set of OPT7 brand, FluxBeam X, H4 Hi/Lo LED Bulbs in my 2000 Impreza Outback Sport. I am really loving the build quality on these bulbs, they have a nice red anodized aluminum housing and quality wiring/harnesses/connectors. They have proper cooling, CREE LED's, great light output (4,209 lumens per bulb) and a 6000 kelvin color temperature. They were a little tricky to fit into the headlight housings, had to trim the bulb retaining clips (removed the two protruding tabs that are for your fingers to lock and unlock the bulbs into the headlight housing due to the bulbs hitting before being fully seated.). I also had to trim the rubber housing boot. I have yet to try them at night, its 5pm here in Vermont, but they are very bright I can tell. They turn right on without hesitation or flickering, they switch between hi and low beam without problem (Car uses a single H4 bulb for hi/lo beam). I am very satisfied with these, when it comes to putting LED bulbs into a halogen headlight housing, you got to be careful, they werent designed for it and the whole concept is a little on the shaky side with all the cheap crap out on the internet. There are alot of different brands of LED conversion bulbs out there but alot of them are cheap and suffer from short lifespan, flickering, scattered beam and cooling problems. Though I still truly feel even a little partial to OPT7, they are known to be one of the top companies and for $100, these were worth it. They included everything I needed to install including the wiring harnesses and drivers. The bulbs took only about 3 days to ship from Fremont, California to Vermont via USPS Priority Mail. I had these from box to bright in about 15 minutes, easy install.

Here are the features and specs:
Color Temperature: 6000K Daytime White.
Lumens Per Bulb: 4,209 Lumens.
Wattage Per Bulb: 30w.
6x more intense than standard halogen
Voltage: 8-32v.
Fan Type: Dual 10,000 RPM TurboCool fan.
Certifications: IP67 Waterproof, RoHS.
Build Material: Cold-Pressed Aluminum.
Lifespan: 50,000 hour
