STi heads vs WRX heads with big cams
I've seen so many different set ups and have wondered which heads would actually flow more. I know there will be variances but is there a general rule or thought pattern in regards to one vs the other? Stock STi heads with AVCS vs WRX heads with 272's or 280's.

wrx heads with cams will outflow the stock STi heads...sti head with active AVCS will have a broader powerband though but will be lacking the top end that the wrx with cams will offer.
