![]() I've seen so many different set ups and have wondered which heads would actually flow more. I know there will be variances but is there a general rule or thought pattern in regards to one vs the other? Stock STi heads with AVCS vs WRX heads with 272's or 280's.

![]() wrx heads with cams will outflow the stock STi heads...sti head with active AVCS will have a broader powerband though but will be lacking the top end that the wrx with cams will offer.
