if you want some awesome quadcopter+video inspiration, read the new book "Homeland" by Cory Doctorow.

That last one looks pretty awesome.

I can't do Thursday, but should be able to do CC on Sat. We'll see.

Anybody have an interest in doing the TrackDaze event the weekend of May 4-5 at VIR? The only thing you really need is race compound brake pads, you don't need anything else to get on track besides a helmet, and I have one I could lend.

If anyone is interested let me know, I'm pretty certain I am going to go!

Found something else to spend money on.

Yea thats right, I like to lock them up and get sideways every now and then. And having to pull the e brake handle up as far as I have to just to lock the rear up is awful, I feel like im going to rip the handle out of the console. So hopefully these will make a noticable difference and from what I've read they will.

So on my home from my cruise I was on broad and about to pull off at Staples mill to go get some fresh Sunoco fuel. Right before I got to staples mill I spotted a white gr sti sedan so I decided to cruise with him. He had missouri plates and extremely dark tint, we cruised until we got to glenside drive. While we were cruising their was a cop behind me the whole time. The cop decided to light me up and the white sti jumped on the interstate right there. I pulled off in an olive garden I think.

He asked me the usual"do you know why I pulled you over"..Not at all..."were yall about to race over there"...of course not we were just cruising..."well did you know you have an illegal exhaust"...No

Long story short...I got a ticket for exhaust...Will put the stock muffler back on and a cut out will deffinatly be getting installed. Looking foward to hearing what it will sound like with open down pipe on this turbo. I noticed a change with full TBE so I can't imagine what it will sound like with open dp.

And the cop said it would most likely get dropped if I take a picture of the car with the stock muffler installed and a news paper with the date before the court date. Just to prove its recent and not from a couple years ago.

Seriously, I wanna know how they go about deciding that, my neighbor is a henrico county sergeant and his Tacoma sounds like it has straight pipes, guess it's ok for them to do it..

Hey look up what code he wrote it under. My cop wrote mine as a non internally baffled muffler and my muffler is internally baffled so I called my lawyer and they dropped it.

I just happen to come across that one cop in the area that hasn't gotten to his weekly ticket quota yet so he would take anything he could. I'm assuming

hmm. I just got pulled coming home from a buddies house. Illegal exhaust and over due registration (even though I have up to date stickers).
Long story short, somehow the dmv charged me twice for my 2.5rs and not at all for my wrx. WTF you have one job! 1 job! and you suck at it!

So now my 2.5rs is paid up until 2015 but only has 2014 stickers.

The officer was nice enough to let me go, and apparently forgot about my loud exhaust by the time he attempted to sort out my registration.

Perfect, works for me for sure lol. I wasn't aware of a party at your crib. What time and where? Should I bring some burger meat, cheese, buns?

I just about have my TGVs off lol. So, if I get them cut out and out it back together in time, I'll be there. Also painting the intake manifold and putting phenolic spacers in while I have it apart.
